Camp Venture is a unique chance for families to serve side by side. It's like the whole family is going on a mission trip together in their own hometown.

There is no cost to participate in Camp Venture.

The Camp Venture experience is best when you can commit to all three days. However, we realize schedules are tough, and we want everyone to be able to participate. So if the only way you for you to participate is by missing a day or two, we'd still love to have you serve at Camp Venture!

We ask that you attend a short training on Sunday, June 23 at your Venture Church campus. During this time, you will meet your Camp Venture site leader and team members, as well as go over specific details for executing Camp Venture at your designated site.

When you arrive at your Camp Venture site on Monday and Tuesday, you will join the rest of your team members to begin knocking on doors and inviting kids and families to join you. As your guests arrive, your team will lead them in free play, rec time, Bible story time, crafts, and songs. The goal is to SERVE by showing the love of Jesus to those who show up as you teach them simple but powerful Biblical truths.

Serving looks different for everyone, but we believe that Camp Venture is an opportunity for parents, grandparents, and kids to serve side by side. Adults, encourage your children to make Camp Venture guests comfortable by inviting a new friend to play games or by passing out snacks and drinks. Talk to your children about why we serve others and what it should look like to impress the love of Christ through serving.

Please wear a Venture Church t-shirt. We will provide you with a name tag and lanyard as well. Camp Venture is an environment that happens in June in South Mississippi, so it will be hot. Dress to stay modestly cool and comfortable.
