Begin with two minutes of silence and stillness before God.
"Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the Lord or fully declare his praise? Blessed are those who act justly, who always do what is right." Psalms 106:1-3
How many times has something miraculous happened in our life or someone else's life that we know and we call it coincidence? I believe that God still does miracles. He acts on our behalf. The Lord does mighty acts even still today. It is not just something He did in the Old Testament many years ago. We only need to open our eyes and acknowledge it. Truly declare His praise and give Him credit for the work He is doing in our lives and in the lives of so many. When we live in a way that shows praise and appreciation for all we have, and we understand that many parts of our lives are a result of his mighty acts, our lives will look and feel different. David even says, "Blessed are those who always do what is right." God cares what we do with every decision we make. He will absolutely bless us when we follow Him. That does not mean we will automatically become rich and have an easy life; far from it. But it will be a purpose-driven life that results in the fruits of the spirit impacting people for God and pushing away the evil that tries to occupy this world.
Today, pray for boldness in your life. Pray that God will reveal to you each day the mighty acts He has done for you and your family. Seek intentionally and with a sense of urgency to always do what is right.
Take two minutes to reflect in silence.
