Read Isaiah 40:28-31

Head

In the story from Isaiah 40:28-31, the prophet reminds us that God never grows tired or weary, and His understanding cannot be fully understood. Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength – they will soar on wings like eagles, run and not grow weary, walk and not be faint. This encourages us to trust in God's everlasting strength and to rely on Him in all situations.

Heart

This passage reminds us that God's strength is available to us when we feel weak or tired. Just like eagles soar effortlessly in the sky, God gives us the ability to rise above our challenges and keep going. How does it make you feel to know that God is always there to strengthen you when you need it?

Hands

Today, think of someone who might be feeling tired or discouraged and share this message of hope with them. Encourage them to lean on God's strength and reassure them that they are not alone. You can be a messenger of God's love and hope to those around you.

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for how You love us. May we look to You for strength in all situations. We know we have victory in You, that is our hope! Help us when we forget You are always with us and never leave us. Help us trust You more. In Jesus name, amen.
